HUD keyboard shortcuts

These work when a Pickle card/HUD panel is active.

Shortcut	Action
Cmd + W	Close the open Pickle card, including immediately after it gains focus; keep the dock and session running.
Escape	When no text input is focused, stop the opened Pickle if it is running, queued, or waiting for input, or close the card if it is idle. Cmd+W always closes.
Return	Focus the active composer when no text input is focused.
Cmd + 1…9	Open or close the Pickle in that visible dock row, counting rows inside expanded groups.
Cmd + Shift + [	Cycle to previous Pickle.
Cmd + Shift + ]	Cycle to next Pickle.
Cmd + R	Open or close the latest agent response in the report side panel.
Cmd + N	Toggle the Pickle’s macOS completion notification only.
Cmd + E	Toggle the local-shell utility panel below the card composer while the conversation stays visible above. It opens directly to a terminal in the Pickle cwd. It is not the Pi session; use it for ad-hoc commands.
Cmd + K	Toggle screen-context target for the active Pickle.
Cmd + Delete	Archive the focused Pickle.

Holding Command can reveal shortcut badges on relevant HUD controls.
